Transfer Queries

Question 1. How can I send files?
Answer: After confirmation via email, you can send files in 3 different ways. If it’s a small size file, send it through email and for the large files use YouSendIt or use our FTP.

Question 2. What will be my stand after uploading files?
Answer: If you sent files through FTP, please send an email along with details job instruction to Tradexcel Customer Service Department at cs@tradexcelgraphics.com and CC to COO, Mr. Dewan Shuvo at shuvo@tgl.com.bd. Customer Service will send you a confirmation email after receiving files from FTP server properly.

Question 3. How can I get back the files?
Answer: We usually like to transfer our files through our dedicated FTP. But if you want then we may send it via email for small sized file.

Question 4. What is the turnaround time? What is TGL’s standard turnaround time?
Answer: “Turnaround Time” is the time to deliver the completed work.
The turnaround time is depends upon the volume and complexity of the job. Our usual turnaround time to deliver projects is 24 hours however we are able to deliver projects within a very short timeframe if client’s requisite. We always prefer to fix the turnaround time by considering the volume, complexity and client’s requirement.

After discussion, clients can fix turnaround time as 12 hours or 8 hours or even 4 hours. As per clients’ requirement, TGL will engage necessary manpower for the targeted project.

Privacy Policy

Question 1. How you manage Image Copy Right or Digital Asset?
Answer: We always sign with our clients a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) .We delete all images after successful delivery to our clients. No employees can able to use USB drive and other memory chip to copy client’s images to take outside. We never use any client’s images for our official use.

Question 2. What about Marketing Reference or Client list?
Answer: We never provide our clients list when marketing. Without due permission, we never use their name in our brochure and website.

Question 3. Will you store or use my image?
Answer: We never store or use any of our client’s images.

Accounts and Billing

Question 1. What are your payment options?
Answer: We accept credit card, PayPal and Wire Transfer.

Question 2. How frequently I have to pay you?
Answer: We bill on monthly basis. In every first week of the month you will get last month’s work bill. We never charge any advance payment.

Question 3. How can I get discount for huge volume?
Answer: If we get 1000+ files from single client every month, they will get amazing discount from us.
